Hello, 

 

We are having an issue where we have multiple devices randomly losing network time (they are all set to Auto) the time starts to drift and eventually we get certificate errors (see below photos). Networking team say that NTP ports are not blocked.

We've had this happen globally (Madrid, Chicago, London)

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

Please work with our support organization in your region and quote 5116844460 / EN-252660. Details on how to contact us are in my signature.

 

As a workaround please ensure the clock gets synchronized then perform a soft reboot to the system, the next time the Zoom Room app starts the calendar service connection will not fail since the TLS handshake will be able to complete with no certificate error. Our Partner Zoom is aware of this issue.

The poly support chat is just showing a blue circle for the last ten mins when tried to raise a ticket.
