Hi,
We recently purchased 5 Poly Trio C60 E927 devices. Out of those, only 1 device is working properly. The other 4 devices are not allowing firmware updates, and we are also unable to gain admin control access.
All 4 devices are currently running firmware version 5.9.5.3153. We have tried multiple methods to configure SIP settings, but we are still unable to control or manage the devices.
I have attached the serial numbers of the affected devices below for your reference.
