One of our Poly IP Ceiling Microphones (paired with a G7500) has stopped functioning.
After troubleshooting, it has become clear that the issue lies with the mini-xlr cable that connects the microphone to the array. However, as this cable is a 6 pin mini xlr, finding a replacement has proved troublesome, as no retailers sell them individually.
I was hoping to reach out to HP directly to purchase a replacement, but have been redirected here as a direct support line is not available.
