Product: Poly X30

When trying to provision a poly x30 i get this error in poly lens

 

There was an error loading the data: [GraphQL] Accessor 'auth0|642c4299a18a34c1049f345b' requires the 'set:device:config' permission on resource '00e0db55584c' of type 'Device'

 

teams software version 1449/1.0.96.2023031201

poly software version 4.0.2-384012

Just a quick question.

How is the endpoint provisioned to Poly Lens?

By Provisioning server og Pin/QR?

Tried pin to start with but it didnt seem to work properly so ive put in the provisioning server manually.
