Hi Tim.

I can't log in, requires registration, which asks for "TAX ID". Ive no idea about that side of the company. But thanks for the tip. I have details on all but one device now. HP in the end were able to give me information on most devices, it seems it really depends on which agent you get. The last one said no problem, asked for the list of devices and within 2 days returned with warranty status. So either the other two were idiots or couldn't be bothered. The product number is a strange one. Out of 70 devices 64 of which are X50s, there were about 5 diffferent PN. The X70s had 3 PN, the X30, 2 devices had same PN. I think its to do with the package bought, and the batch. Devices purchased around the same time had same PN....so even though they are X50s......HP may have slightly upgraded later devices and so the model changed, or shipped with different firmware. I really don't know. Anyway what should have taken an afternoon took two months. Thanks all for input. Best regards.
