Hi, Hoping for some help. We have a few Poly Studio X52's which are a significant upgrade on our other X50's. We have 1 main problem with the X52's. They dont work seamlessly with our displays. (Samsung QB series). We have loads of error messages displayed (on the Samsung) from "no power detected" to "HDMI not connected". We have tried multiple different settings on the screens with no firm resolution. Sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. Our X50's and X70's work fine with no issues. We have also connected other vendor devices to the screens and have no problems with them. We have tried different cables, upgrading screens and all the settings available on the X52 and screen with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application and the software version of this you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
I suggest you raise a ticket and state 5113464218 / PECS-248019 and provide details of the software version of the display. Please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
EDIT: A 1080 EDID adapter for example from EVanlak works for now for one of my customers.

Hi Will, I just started a post with the same issue and didn't see yours. Have you had any success? I have factory reset our screens and they seem to operate a bit better now, but I now need to reintroduce the Crestron control selects the various inputs and I will see how that goes.
