We have a Poly X50 & Poly X30 running Google Meet, approx 6months old.
When enabling the Digital Signage > Custom URL option on either system, we experience periodic static bursts from the audio output.
This is observed independently of the  audio output option selected, ie inbuilt soundbar or HDMI output.
The static audio bursts stop, as soon as signage option is disabled, Additionally sound levels can be controlled with volume settings. We have tested this across several domains

When inspecting the Audio/Video > Audio >  Output menu, level bars are seen to constantly move between -20db & -8db. The timing matching the cadence of the static bursts, however, the static is only audible when digital signage is enabled.

Please let me know If further information is required,

Regards

Hello @AR-BB ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
