Hi,

I have an issue every time I try to update the Studio X70

The update process turns in circle and, as you can see in this screen copy, it is trying to update on the same version that is already installed !

Any one has an idea ?

Hello @gary258 ,

 

Our Partner Microsoft will not allow the device to upgrade to PolyOS 4.7.0 until this version is available via their Teams Admin Center.

 

A specific rule is in place for Microsoft Teams providers when trying to update via Lens to a build which has not been certified by our Partner Microsoft.

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

A good starting point would be to educate us what Provider you are using? Is this Poly mode, Zoom  or Microsoft Teams or any other Provider?

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact the HP Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Good news! 4.7.0 is available in Teams Admin Center now.

The "specific rule" may need to be removed now that 4.7.0 is in Teams Admin Center. After updating via TAC the device "Provisioning Server" is still showing 4.6.2. I hope it doesn't try to downgrade.

This will be removed. I do not have an ETA for this. As long as you do not have auto-update enabled, it will not downgrade.
