Polycom Group 500 Activation Key for software Update

Hi All, 

i'm trying to find the webpage for the licence and activation for a Polycom Group 500.  It used to be on the Poly support page but looks like its been removed from HP support (presumably since they're end of line now).

I can download the software update via the units internal webpage but I can't find a link anywhere that directs me to the page where I can generate the activation key.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to generate the activation key from the community form. I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to help you with the activation key.
