Hi,
I would like to understand, how Polycom automatically starts conference, when a meeting is planned using Polycom Outllook plugin.
I want to understand, how Polycom process data from meeting request.
I understand that meeting request is based on Polycom template. But, how Polycom takes decisions to start conference in optimal way.
Is there any specification for it?
If I want to communicate that data manually using telnet interface, so that conference starts.
What is required?

Hello Vinay,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Certain features are developed with a compatibility to the system we use and therefore there is no API functionality to emulate this.
The Integrator’s Reference Manual for the Polycom® RealPresence® Group Series or the same document for the HDX describes in detail what the API can do.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
