Hello @FKCAd ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

using the community Search >here< shows all post that discuss End Of Life for Poly Products.

A reply >here< that covers GroupSeries specifically should answer your question too.

Poly GroupSeries 310, to my personal knowledge, is a end of support / end of life product. The whole HDX series has been end of support / end of life for years.

Please work with a Local HP Poly reseller on current products or questions around end of life.

You can also contact our Support organization in your region, if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Thank you for the quick reply.
The only problem was that the only "HP person" answering across all those forums is you, so i was hoping for somebody elses opinion.
Also.... the Submit button on the official support portal (when i try to initiate a chat with support) does nothing for me.

Hello @FKCAd ,

Pretty much the same information can be found while using a popular search engine so the result would be the same if you are after a 2nd opinion.

As the HDX and the GroupSeries is end of life Support would not tell you anything else so as suggested I would suggest you work with a Local HP Poly reseller and check what options are there for you.

Other volunteers or official HP agents can reply too as I am just a volunteer.

Best Regards
