Solved: Polycom Touch Control - screen image different than previous... - HP Support Community

Hello,

We have a touch control that just started to give us a different image when selecting to send content.

Previously we always the choice of 'People + Content' if using the USB cable, or 'Computer' if using a VGA cable.

Yesterday there was totally different display showing up. Attached is the image file.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,

Afer looking at the settings on the Codec, it looks like somehow the Camera inputs were all chosen as 'people' and the input that was normally used for content was set to People as well.

Switched back and now operating as normally again.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include what actual Polycom devices are involved.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hello,

Here os the information I was provided for this.

Touch Panel and HDX 8000 Codec.

Software for the codec is 3.1.5
Software for the touch panel is 1.11.0-15 ( at least that was what was provided)
