HP Recommended

No power to the VSX8000 unit. Light won't come on. Unplugged everyting and plugged it back in, tested the outlet and it has power. Had a power failure over the weekend.

Not much that can be done as there are no field replaceable parts inside.  Give Polycom support a call for details on swapping out the unit.  if it is under a current service contract a replacement can be shipped next day.  If there is no contract we can provide replacement pricing options. You will need the VSX serial number handy when you call.
