Poly Studio USB
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I bought 5 Poly Studio USB cameras for my companies conference rooms.  They've been working fine but HQ wanted to upgrade to newer systems.  Two of the rooms were converted with Logitech Tap/Rally combos.  For the remaining rooms, I'm trying to upgrade them with Nuc/Tap combo kits to use with the existing Poly Studio cameras.

I was able to get the Tap/Nuc installed & setup ok.  It sees the Poly Studio camera/mic ok.  The only problem is that when in Teams Room, the image from the camera is fuzzy, like it's either out of focus or low resolution.  I have the camera connected via USB 3.0.  If I go to the Camera app built into Windows 10, it sees it as 8MP/4K and the image is fine.  It's only within Teams that the image is fuzzy.  But MTR offers me no camera settings options like the desktop version does.  I've tried contacting Logitech, they claim it's nothing on their end and to contact Poly support.

Any ideas???  I'd like to buy the rest of the kits to finish converting the other rooms, but my manager won't approve it until I get the picture non-fuzzy.  The picture was fine when the Poly was working with a standard mini-PC & the desktop version of Teams.  It's only since connecting to the Nuc/Tap combo with MTR that it's gone fuzzy.  I have Poly Lens installed & configured & the Poly is fully updated.

What details?

I'm trying to get support from Poly, which created the camera I'm having a problem with and you bought Poly, so all their support links go to you/here.

Hi...

As you use a PC with a Teams client.

Could it be Teams have Blur enabled?

Teams doesn't have a "blur" option.  The desktop version of Teams does have a "soft focus" option with slider but the kit doesn't use the desktop version of Teams, it uses Microsoft Teams Rooms.  And that version doesn't have the "soft focus" option or any of the other options included with the desktop version.

I'm asking for help from HP in an HP community board and yet you keep shunting me over to HP's website.  One of the key options for support from the HP website is coming HERE and asking for help.  Yet the instant I get here, you keep trying to point me somewhere else.
