This post mentioned to change the provider to "none" I don't see that as an option in Poly Lens.

Also, if we change it to non how do we get the device into ZoomRoom mode?

@SteffenBaierUK could you provide an ETA on 3.7.1 Poly OS release? Poly support states the fix for the reboot loop should be in 3.7.1 Poly OS release. Thanks,
