Hi,

I am wanting to trial RPD 3.7, but it crashes on start. This looks to be a .net error although the .net test tool (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebner/2008/10/13/net-framework-setup-verification-tool-users-gui...)  suggests that everything passes for both the 4.0 client and full package. .Net 4.7 is installed. Further, comments on the linked MS page indicate that generally the 1026 error is down to the applicaiton, not the framework.

Even if this is an .net framework issue, obviously RDP shouldn't behave in this way especially on a install, so I am hoping you can help me resolve the issue.

This is Windows 10 build 16257

Any help you can provide would be of great assistance.

Let me know if this infoamtion is not enough and if you require anythign further.

Nobody answered this, but I still have the same issue with version 3.8 😞
