Codec AV Bar Controllers TC10
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all,

I'm trying to create a Certificate Signing Request (CSR). After entering the information into the template and pressing <Create> I see the message within the Webportal "The certificate request was created successfully".

However, I can't find the CSR file. Nor in the Download Folder nor on the direct wired WIN11 host G9 System nor in the local computer Certificate enrollment Requests.
Where is this file?

Any hint is welcome.

Thx in advance Wolfgang

Hello @TheOtherDude ,

TCOS 6.9.0.7002597 is for Windows-based PC rooms only assuming you are using a HP Poly G9+ where there is no external Lan connection so the device should be on the Purple LLN port.

Therefore there should be no need for a certificate aka 802.1x or similar or what is this being used for?

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact the HP Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.
