X50 , tc8

Boa noite.

Estou tentando configurar o teams rooms basic no ambiente com TC8 e X50.

Após alterar o modo para teams mode, o tc8 é a x50 reinicia.

Ao entrar com as credenciais do office 365, ocorre uma mensagem de não é possível encontrar nenhum dispositivo na tela do tc8! " cant find any device".

Como resolver? Estou na última versão do firmware do sistema.

welcome to the HP Poly community. As outlined by @RodrigoB this is an English only section.

 

Using Google Translate I understand that what it seems is you are having a pairing issue between the Poly TC8 and the Studio X device when running in Microsoft Teams mode.

 

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you use.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

We assume the TC8 is successfully paired with the Studio X on a PolyOS level and therefore the issue only happens when trying to pair at a Microsoft level.

 

There is a known alert stated within the Microsoft TAC:

Title: Some users’ Microsoft Teams Rooms Android devices are continuously unpairing

 

User impact: Users’ Microsoft Teams Rooms Android devices are continuously unpairing.

 

More info: Affected devices won't pair again until they’re restarted.

 

Current status: We've completed the process to validate our fix for efficacy, and we're now preparing to initiate deployment. We anticipate that the deployment process will complete by our next update, at which time we'll test to ensure impact is remediated.

 

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users attempting to utilize Microsoft Teams Rooms Android devices are impacted.

 

Root cause: A recent update to the Microsoft Teams code base responsible for maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms device connections introduced a code regression that led to impact.

 

Next update by: Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 5:30 PM CDT

 

An issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post so please work with our partner Microsoft as they provide the Microsoft Teams Platform you are trying to use and they also provide us, HP Poly, with the Microsoft Teams application, the Admin Agent and the Community Portal that runs on our Studio X or G7500 devices.

 

Microsoft support can try and help you troubleshoot this issue.
