Hello,
our Studio X50 currently works with software release 3.12. Trying to update it to 3.14.2 via USB, the system neither shows a reaction nor displays an error message. Using different USB sticks showed no success. The previous update from 3.9 to 3.12 worked as described in the manual.
Due to our company's safety regulations, the system does not have access to the internet. What can I do?

Hello,
I don't know what ultimately caused the failed update, but after resetting the system settings in the web interface (Diagnostics > System Reset), both the update to 3.14 and the following to 4.1 could be carried out without any problems.

What is the content of the USB Stick? Should be FAT32 formatted and maximum 32GB
I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if you still struggle and remember you must go to 3.14.2 first before updating to 4.x.x
