Hello, I am having the same problem when trying to use NAT on "Polycom VSX 7000", I am trying to use NAT on a Pfsense 2.4.4 firewall, but I am unable to use this kind of configuration.

1 - Creation of Virtual IP, ARP proxy type, with public IP;
2 - Performed the configuration of NAT 1: 1, pointing External IP 189.20.108.XX and Internal IP 192.168.40.251;
3 - In the WAN interface, I performed the configuration of the following ports:

TCP Destination 192.168.40.251 3230-3252
UDP Destination 192.168.40.251 3030-3225
UDP Destination 192.168.40.251 16386-25386

UDP Destination 192.168.40.251 1719
UDP Destination 192.168.40.251 10000-20000
UDP Destination 192.168.40.251 5060
TCP Destination 192.168.40.251 1720

Hello, I have this same problem reported by this person.

I performed all the steps and was only able to connect with the other end by clearing the "NAT is H.323 compliant" check box, but only audio is transmitted between both ends, when I leave this option selected, I can't connect audio / video.

In fact, I have come to the conclusion that my firewall is blocking requests on the H323 protocol, do you suggest some maneuver to free all traffic coming under the H323 protocol?

Best regards,
Wesley Santos
