X Series TC8
Units have performed an update and the tablets are now stuck on "Checking for software updates"
The status of the history in teams admin has been successful on some, but failed on others both showing the same issue.
 
TC8 has been pin reset
X Series has been reset from web interface
 
This is currently impacting a handful of units in an estate of circa 230 X series units.

Does it really say "Checking for software updates" or does it say "Checking for New Software"?  It sounds similar to these posts but the message seems different.

It is indeed checking for new software, apologies

 

We have rolled back a few devices and confirmed the tablet has picked up the software as per other community posts.
