Hi All
I have read other posts regarding the X50 and MS Teams, however, none of them answers my question.
I have an X50 with Software Version 3.1.1. Is there a particular Teams License that is required for this to work, I have a Teams account that has an E3 license assigned and it works fine, however, I also have Teams account that is only assigned a Teams Room License that is not working. Is this the expected behaviour, does the account have to have a full E3 licence to work on the X50?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I did search the community and read 2 or 3 threads regarding Teams and these devices but totally missed the thread you provided.
I have confirmation on the licensing, I just need to figure out why it is still not working.
