  • Jun 22,2014 Question: How can I activate / check / verify / recover my license or upgrade key?

    Answer: 
    Since the move from Polycom / Poly to HP Support the licensing portal is no longer accessible to end customers. Please open a Support Ticket https://www.hp.com/contacthp/ or contact us at:
    USA 800-985-9815
    other global locations https://www.poly.com/gb/en/company/contact/office-locations

    Once you receive the Serial Number follow the below

    A text file with the name sw_keys.txt should be created. The format should be:

    U <Tabulator>Serial<Tabulator>Key
