Hi,
we've got some HDX 6000 and 7000 boxes. The displays they're using are also used for laptop presentations. If the HDX receives a call it obviously starts ringing (besides the entry which appears on the screen). During a presentation this ofcourse is not wanted.
Is it possible to disable the ringing tone? I've been searching in the audio settings, and it's possible to change the tone, but not to disable it? Only alternative currently is to shutdown the HDX.

Hello,
This is something that can be done from the Admin Settings\General Settings\System Settings. The option you would be looking at is Auto Answer Point-to-Point Video:. Now this is something that someone would most likely need to turn on and off when the system is not in use. If you have something like a DMA or CMA that setup call times this option needs to be on to be joined to calls. The only other option I can think they might work is setting up a whitelist of units that can call your units. This is under Admin Settings\General Settings\Security. Whitelist will let you setup the unit to only like a set of unit to call this system. So if someone is not meant to call your unit you will not see that call come in.
