Hi everybody ! I’m Vietnamese ! I have problem with my HP Omen 17

Help me Please !!! Thank you very much !!!

  1. Reason

- I bought HP Omen 17 Model number OMEN HP-17-w200 CTO. Bought in the USA

Serial number: 5CD71053LN

Product number: X7N74AV

CPU: I7-7700HQ

GPU: NDIVIA GTX 1070

RAM:16GB

SSD: 128GB + HDD 2TB

- The item still has 10 months warranty from HP USA. When I bought it, it has window 10 Home 64 bit ,recovery disk, and all the software from HP. Due to a problem, I did a recovery, but still ran into problem, so I reinstalled win 10, and accident delete the disk that has win 10 and the recovery, so I had to install window 10 into a new hard drive, but got problem when the computer start, as you can see in the pictures.

  1. The problem that I ran into “Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart”

+ Problem: While I am using it, it keep getting stuck or crash or even restart by itself specially when I am using drawing software or watching HD movie.

+ When my HP Omen boots Window, it does not display the same omen logo as before.

  1. Thing I did before problem happened.

- I Format disk C and D

- I download and installed all the driver and software that in the HP website using the product number. I also update the HP Notebook system BIOS Update (Intel Processors) to F36. I am not sure what is the previous one was.

PLEASE HELP
