Product: HP Omen 870-260na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
As stated in the title, the LEDs on the front of my HP Omen 870-260na PC have been changing to whatever colour they want, regardless of what I have set up in HP Phoenix Control.
I've already tried running Phoenix Control in every possible compatibility mode with and without administrator priviledges on every setting (cpu temperature, solid colour, off, etc).
This happened totally out of the blue without any hardware changes (The thing is still in factory condition hardware wise)
If this issue isn't resolved, how would I go about using my warranty to get a replacement/refund?
