Hi there @Rossen, 

 

I cannot see in that screenshot if you have the combinations set up. However, at this point I would suggest that you use the following link to create yourself a case number and contact us:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

The reason that I think your best bet for a resolution would be to contact us is because, our phone team has access to such tools as remote assistance. At this point, it may be in your best interest to have one of them go through some troubleshooting steps with you and if necessary, remote in to help you more physically.
