Recently I'v enoticed that half of my keyboards backlighting doesn't properly show the color blue. The color isn't as bright as it should be resulting in any color using a blue hue (i.e green, magenta, white) to not show the color correctly. The blue hasn't gone out completely as a faint trace of it remains, but it is much less bright.
Any help is appreciated, Thank you

I understand part of your keyboard doesn't show the blue hue as bright as it should,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues? Have you attempted a system restore?
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
In the meantime, I recommend you attempt increasing the brightness of the color you've chosen: Click here for details.

My product number is J9K29UA#ABA, and I have the brightness within the hp Omen Control at full LED brightness. The problem started around a month ago and initially I did a system restore however this did not solve anything. I don't know if it is a software issue or if the LED went out.

Hello@Nathan_Sharpe,
Thanks for the response.
Have the lights worked in the past?
Please share more details as I also tested the backlight on the Omen Keyboard and found that it usually a bit dull to be normal.
Hope this helps. Feel free to reply for more.

The lights have worked in the past, I have atttached some pictures to better show my problem. I don't know why the image is upside down, also keep in mind the whole keyboard is set too 100% LED brightness. I'm not sure if this is a software problem or a hardware problem too.
