Hello there they already tried remote desktop connectionand they did everything they could updating the bios etc. AND werent able to solve it.. and there is no bios update available .So is it confirmed this particular issue is unique to my notebook or to many others exact similar notebooks of the same model ?..if so then shouldnt there a fix already available for these notebooks.Thanks again for your assistance

Hello People ,I got some information most of these gaming notebooks require to plugged in in order the gpu to run in full performance due to mobile high performance gpus ,so I recommend when gaming connect to the wall i order for full gpu performance and overall improved gaming experience.:smileyhappy:
