For example, you mentioned Watch Dogs 2.

 

Here are the frame rates you'd expect to see:

 

low 1280x720  ~ 33 fps
med. 1366x768 ~ 27 fps
high 1920x1080 ~ 13 fps
ultra 1920x1080 ~8.5  fps 

Your laptop has a 1080 display so you're looking at getting about 13 FPS.

Bottom line, sadly, is that your unit isn't designed for running demanding games.
Nothing can be upgraded on that unit to change these ratings.
