Ink Tank 415
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With Google Cloud Print coming to the end of it's life, I need to connect using the HP servers.

However, the printer cannot connect properly.

It reaches the server, confirms the latest software is used and goes on the "Enabling Web services".

After a few minutes it gives the error.  Could not connect, try again later.

I have tried over 2 weeks, and it gives the same issue.

I have loaded the latest software and reset my internet, printer and computers various times.

Please advise?

Hello,

Please download and install the HP Smart application for Windows 10: https://www.microsoft.com/p/hp-smart/9wzdncrfhwlh.

Please update the printer's firmware as follows:

  1. Open the HP Smart application.
  2. Click on your printer name.
  3. Click Advanced Settings.
  4. Click Tools, then expand Printer Updates then click Firmware Updates.
  5. Click the Check Now button to install the latest firmware update.
  6. Click on OK.
  7. Try enabling the printer's Web Services again.

I remain at your disposal in case of need.

Best regards,😎
