Printer will not double side print from mobile device anymore. It did in the past. Double side icon is enabled

I understand you are not able to print on both sides from your iOS device. To assist you better,

  • Which app are you using to print?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app or the AirPrint option to print?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF or Word? 

According to the printer specifications, this printer can print on both sides.

 

Check for any software updates on the iOS device.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
