Product: 7740 Wide Format
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have set up the ePrint webserver and all appears to be up and active. all printing services work within my network wireless and wired.  But when I am outside my network and send an email to the printer with a PDF Doc it disappears. No bounce no errors just gone. Any Ideas?

Further Investigation has revealed a Hard ware problem between the Samsung Tab E and the Web Server on the 7740 for some reason? I have tested from two different Computers and  a cell phone with no issue.  Is this a problem with Tablets in General or just this tablet. Further Food for thought.
