HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

My 8025e printer will not be found my HP ink. I've tried restarting the device. I would love to double-check the bluetooth settings but I cannot find those anywhere on this device which is super irritating. My computer finds it, but not the HP Instant Ink on either the computer or phone. What gives?

Hi @ourbrodyfam,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

That sounds frustrating! Let's see if we can get this sorted out. First things first, have you checked if the printer is connected to the internet? The HP Instant Ink service relies on a stable internet connection for communication.

If it's connected, try logging into your HP Instant Ink account online. Make sure the printer is listed there and that there are no issues with your account or subscription.

If the printer is still not found, you might want to check for any firmware updates for your OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Sometimes, a quick update can resolve compatibility issues.

As for Bluetooth settings, the 8025e typically connects via Wi-Fi rather than Bluetooth. It might be worth double-checking the wireless settings on the printer to ensure it's connected to the same network as your computer and phone.

If all else fails, a good old-fashioned power cycle might do the trick. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a minute or two, and then plug it back in.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
