HP 920C
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

I have an old 920C, and I'd like to fix it.

I need to know where I can get the circular rubber spacers on the plastic wheels that move the paper?  I also need to know how to open the printer to replace them?  Any Help out there would be appreciated.

I need a connection to a web site that sells the rubbers that go on the pape rollers. And I need advice on how to open printer, not a web page that make a confusing effort to sell me a new printer.
