My Hp printer says admin locked when i try to connect to the wireless wifi....please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try restoring the network settings to defaults - 

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup .
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Restore Network Settings.

 

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

printed was connected wirelessly to my macbook air.  Then I switched from comcast to fios, internet changed,  and now my printer has grayed-out all of the "buttons" that would let me rest the internet connection--won't let me do setup wizzard, won't even let me return to the default settings.  Says I need the admin password to unlock.  The printer is useless now. Help!
