AiO remote on win 8.1 not working anymore

Hello. I have a HP Deskjet 3060 J610 series. I used to scan and print stuffs with the AiO remote but now I'm having trouble with it. My Laptop and printer re connected via WiFi, but when I try to open the AiO Remote application an error message appears:  "This app can't open, There is a problem with HP AiO Printer remote. Contact your system administrator about repairing or installing it."

I tried to unistall it or reinstall it, but in window store it appears as "not available" and nothing can be done.

Can you please help me?

Hi,

You can install version for Windows 10. For normal Windows 8.1 computers, we don't use AiO Remote app (it's Beta version anyway), we use proper Full Feature Software and Drivers. Those micky mouse apps are more suitable for mobile devices.

I actually uninstalled it on my phone BUT I can only find version for Windows 10. As a Beta version, they (HP and Microsoft) can remove any time.

I can't find HP Deskjet 3060 J610, only HP Deskjet 3050 J610. What is your printer ?

thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I can not install the version for Windows 10 since I have Windows 8.1 and it is not compatible (that appears in the web page when I try to download it). Indeed my printer is the HP Deskjet 3050 J610, I made a typo there. 

What do you mean with proper Full Feature Software and Drivers? How could I use the printer remotely without the AiO remote app?
