HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

When I’m trying to print a document on my iPhone and I go to share it, I used to be able to hit print and it would send it to the printer. It will no longer connect to my printer.

Hi @Jessica5377,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're having trouble printing from your iPhone to your HP DeskJet 2755e via AirPrint. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your HP DeskJet 2755e is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone. If the printer is offline or not connected, it won't show up for AirPrint.
  • Restart Devices: Restart your iPhone and the HP DeskJet 2755e printer. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Update Software: Make sure that both your iPhone and the HP DeskJet 2755e have the latest updates installed. For the iPhone, check for iOS updates under Settings > General > Software Update. For the printer, you may need to update the firmware via the HP Smart app or HP's website.
  • Re-add Printer: In the HP Smart app, remove the printer and then re-add it. This can help resolve connection issues.
  • Network Settings: Verify that your Wi-Fi network settings haven't changed. Sometimes changes in the network (like a new router or different settings) can affect connectivity.
  • Reset Printer Settings: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset the printer's network settings and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
