I have always used how eprint on my phone for my printer it was so easy to use and don't really understand why they would take it away but I scanned and copied something for my daughter from her father a yr or two ago and she has lost it and I was hoping that it may be in some kind of history on that app only to find out I can't use it is there any way for me to get history like that and just for the record I am not happy at all with the hot smart app and haven't found an app that is as easy to use as the eprint on my phone or my hp laptop any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Unfortunately, HP ePrint has been discontinued and there is no option to retrieve the previously scanned documents from the app itself as it does not have a History option.

You may retrieve the scanned document from the mobile device/PC if it was saved onto it.

HP ePrint has been succeeded by HP Smart app
