HP Photosmart 7510

Im trying to print out pictures from both my computer (macbook air) and my phone (iphone 8 plus) but all the pictures comes out blue. I use HP advanced photo paper and the cartridges are new. This printer is new to me so this is the first time using it and I've tried to reset the printer but it didn't work. Does anyone have the same or similar problem, or do you know what I'm doing wrong?

Pls help.

@LinnG, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would need more details:

  • Do the regular documents print fine?
  • Have you tried printing photos on normal plain paper, does it print blue too?

Print a quality diagnostic report and share the results.

Follow these steps to print a test page.

  1. Load plain white U.S. letter or A4 size paper in the tray.

  2. From the control panel home screen, touch the Settings icon ().

  3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report. The product prints a test page.
