Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi,

 

I was talking to HP support about the issues with the latest pushed firmware for the 7520 breaking ePrint and network services and they told me that there was an updated version due to be published for download through the software / support site, I was wondering when the new firmware is due to be available?

Hi,

A new firmware to restore ePrint functionality do available at hp.com, however it is only available for MS Windows at this time:

I do not know if / when it wil become available for Mac OS, therefore I suggest getting a Windows PC and update the printer, if you may have a such too or can borrow a laptop from a member, family, etc.

 

If you need to use another PC, be sure to install the printer drivers first prioor running the update:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL43773/mp-108670-3/PS7520_1315-1.exe
