Turned printer on.  A notice printed automatically saying . . . . . .

CONGRATULATIONS!

your printer is now web connected & has it's own email address.

IT gave me an email address for my printer & "claim code"

It directed me to  hpconnected.com & I should create a new account.

 

Is all this legit or a scam??
