I can’t get it to work, I’ve changed my email so many times hoping adding numbers, or trying different formats will work, but no luck.

Just uninstalled printer from my instant ink account and reset it back to default settings.

i have now reinstalled printer as if it was new, got a random email address for it.

I’ve used the eprint, that works fine, tried to link printer to amazon echo, and guess what, still getting the same message. “Oops! this is not a valid printer email.Please try again later.”

Any ideas anybody?

Absolutely no ideas, beyond the fact it’s a problem with the skill and HP needs to sort it, who do we talk to about getting them to fix it?
