Can't my remember hp account password to access

I have windows 8.1 and I have an account under the name Dancer44 which I need to access so I don't need the new account I made please help me to get there can't remember the old password  however I did change the email.

No the problem is that I now have two accounts and I only need one. Because of my ol email address from optimum does not exit and I tried to edit my info but it would not work on my hp support dashbord for my other hp prodcts are on it. please help
