@Sally19601, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I understand how frustrating it can be when printing stops working after a router change. Let’s get this sorted.

Connect Printer and Mobile to the Same Network

Ensure both your HP LaserJet M15W and your Pixel 9 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network broadcasted by the EE Smart Hub.

If your EE Hub has multiple bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), make sure both devices are on the 2.4 GHz band, as some HP printers do not support mobile printing over 5 GHz.

Restart Devices

Power off your printer and router.

Wait 30–60 seconds and power them back on.

Restart your Pixel 9. This ensures all devices reconnect to the correct network.

Use HP App for Printing

Download and open the HP app from the Google Play Store.

Ensure the app detects your LaserJet M15W.

If the printer is not found, tap Add Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Verify Printer IP Address

On the printer, print a configuration page (press and hold the Go button for ~10 seconds until lights blink).

Note the IP address and check if it’s in the same subnet as your phone (e.g., 192.168.x.x).

If not, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the HP Smart app.

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

Check Router Settings

Ensure AP Isolation or Client Isolation is disabled in your EE Hub settings.

These features prevent devices on the same Wi-Fi network from communicating, which can block mobile printing.

Test Printing

Open a document or photo on your Pixel 9 and try printing via the HP app.

Ensure the correct printer is selected and that the Wi-Fi signal is strong.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
