Cancelling my HP Instant Ink

I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel my Instant Ink account. All the advice I have read says to go to My Account and click on Status. Well, I visited the page link from the email I recieved and there is no link to go to My Account, let alone a link for Status.

Please can someone advise me how on Earth I can get to cancel the Instant Ink, it's driving me mad that there's very poor support from HP online for this question.
