I have had this HP Photosmart 7510 since 2012 and have not had many problems with the printer (with the exception of the efax app from last year).
Out of the blue the other day my printer is no longer set up for ePrint or eFax.
On the display screen on the printer when I touch the Home icon I get a message "Your New HP printer includes the following Web Services: ePrint, eFax, TouchSmart Apps and Automatice Product Updates. Accept Terms of Use and enable Web Services?
When I accept the terms, I receive the following:
Server Connection Error
Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm Internet access and try again.
I have no idea why I am receiving a message about my New HP Printer (that is 4 years old), in the past I would get a screen that let me know if my ePrint was enabled.
I have even tried connecting to Web Services through the printer's IP address on the internet, and receive the same type of error message.
I have gone to the Wireless section and ran the Wireless Setup Wizard again. I have also Turned off the printer, disconnected the printer plug, unplugged the router and shut down the computer, then reconnected the router, restarted the computer and printer and still have the same problem. Cannot Conncect To Web Services.
Any suggestions?
I am able to print and scan from the printer, but cannot use eFax or any of the ePrint services.
When I go to the HP Connected website for my printer it states that the printer is "offline"

You are welcome.
I am sorry it is not the answer you were seeking.
When you are ready to replace your printer, know that many of the newer models do (still) support ePrint.
Print Apps (formally Printables) have been discontinued for all models. Who knows? Perhaps something else will take its place later.

I am hoping it will have the options that I lost with the HP 7510. Still going to keep the HP 7510, it is a good printer.
The Officejet 8700 series is a nice upgrade.
One of the features of your new printer is the ability to create custom paper sizes.
From the How-to Section for your printer:
Something to know:
The Officejet 8700 series expels the paper printed side down -- the feature is intended to help prevent "prying eyes" when prints are left in the output tray.
Good idea to keep the Photosmart 7510, at least for photo / image printing. The Photosmart printers do produce really nice colors for high-grade photo printing.
