Printer will not enable web services. Have tried from the printer, and embedded web services. Tried multiple computers and multiple networks. Have also performed factory reset as well as unplugging/restarts. Followed the Support page down to the Proxy settings - I get lost here, in terms of what login and passwords to use... Wireless works just fine, all software is up to date, including the router. Web services has worked before in the past, but gave the printer to a family member and did a factory reset then too, and it wasn't used at all then. I am now using it again and trying to get it fully functional.

The steps outlined did not correct the issue, still the same response on both the printer and WES. What's next?

I started with that page before contacting support. I followed all those steps, and I am not using a proxy. I have had this problem across two different wifi networks, and multiple computers from the WES.

@StuEgan

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
