I have a new HP DeskJet 3772 and am unable to connect to wifi.  My wifi works fine. I've put the printer in set up mode and the wifi light is blinking.  The HP Smart App just says "searching for printers".  I've tried the Printer Not Listed Button and it tells me to go to wifi settings and select HP Setup, but that option does not appear on my device. I've tried this on different wifi networks and still nothing.
