Laserjet CP1025nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried multiple times to get my printer (CP1025nw) to connect to HPEprint services by trying to enable web services from the control system after having logged into the printer. I keep getting a message saying "Connection error. Check internet connection." 

I have already done a factory reset, updated all drivers, complete,y uninstalled and reinstalled the printer/software, all to no use. Help please!!!!
